Is my business data safe in SOLUX? 

No need to worry, data security and your privacy are our top service priorities. SOLUX is always innovating to provide optimal service to customers.

SOLUX has principles of data privacy and security, which are: not using your data to share/sell to other third parties, not using your data for advertising, and we only use your data for the development of the SOLUX application for your own business needs, not for other business interests.

Here's what we do to maintain your data privacy and security:

1. The business data we need from you is:

1.1. Basic SOLUX account data, including name, email, company name, password, profile photo, and phone number. We will keep this data only for the interests of your company in using SOLUX and will not share it for commercial or non-commercial purposes. 

1.2. Your employee data, we store your employee data so they can use SOLUX to record activities, sales, attendance, leave, reimbursement, etc.

1.3. Your customer data, we store your customer data based on new contact inputs and sales from each of your employees using the SOLUX app

1.4. Your location data, we record your location data when clocking in/out, doing activities, and work reports for us to process and for you to see in the SOLUX app.

1.5. Activity, attendance, leave, and work report data will be stored in the SOLUX system and will not be shared for interests outside of your company's management.

2. How we maintain and process your data security?

2.1. Data Encryption Security

Each sensitive data is sent using 256-bit SSL encryption level, one of the most secure encryption standards. 256-bit SSL is the technology used by banks to ensure your account information is safe. SSL ensures that the data received has not been changed in transit and cannot be read by other parties.

2.2. Data Storage 

SOLUX stores all data on the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) server in Indonesia. GCP is one of the most trusted Cloud Infrastructure as a Service providers in the world and is provided by Google. This means SOLUX's infrastructure is secure and guaranteed by GCP.

2.3. Data Backup

We back up your data every day, so you don't have to worry about losing data. We also review the servers, data stations, and applications daily so that any findings can be followed up immediately.

3. Personal Information

All of your sensitive data including your billing is secured and encrypted with the highest security standards. We have very secure internal procedures that can prevent anyone other than your own team from accessing your business data.

4. Who can view your business data?

4.1. Your company's admin

Your company's admin can access all data stored in the SOLUX system, from viewing, approving or rejecting submissions you make to downloading data within a certain period.

4.2. Your company's team

Your team can access some of the data stored in the SOLUX system based on the access provided by your admin, from viewing, changing, and downloading data within a certain period.

5. Cookies

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as an anonymous unique identifier. They are sent to your browser from the website you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.

This service does not explicitly use these "cookies". However, the application may use third-party code and libraries that use "cookies" to collect information and improve their services. You have the option to accept or refuse these cookies and know when cookies are sent to your device. If you choose to refuse our cookies, you may not be able to use some parts of the SOLUX service.

6. Third-Party Services

We may share data with Third-Party Service Providers who assist us in providing and improving our services. These service providers are contractually required to use the data only to provide services to us and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

7. Legal Compliance 

We may disclose information when we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or legal processes in Indonesia.
